The interface allows users to define a color and name for each activity they wish to monitor, categorized as a "trend." Users can simply tap the corresponding colored circle each day when the event occurs. Moreover, each event marking can be supplemented with a numerical value, offering a way to quantify the event's frequency or rate its significance—users can select a number from one to nine.
